Description

The purpose of a collections call is to collect the account, with the primary objective being to collect payment in full on that first call.  The image you project over the telephone is extremely important to your success and the success and reputation of your collection company.  

In Part 2 of IACC's Certified Commercial Collector online seminar, you will learn how to:

  • Plan appropriately for your collection call
  • Indentify the four objectives of communications
  • Use your voice and word choice for impact
  • Use basic negotion skills for payment
